Job summary

Consilio LLC is seeking an Assistant Controller in Washington, DC. This leadership role will oversee key accounting functions and partner closely with the Controller to manage financial reporting, close processes, budgets, and controls in a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite / 2 days remote).

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in supervision, and familiarity with Aderant or Sage systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience and 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
• Law firm experience strongly preferred, professional services background considered.
• Experience with Aderant or Sage systems strongly preferred.
