Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive fundraising experience.
• Proven success cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major donors.
• Strong donor data management and CRM skills.
• Experience leading a development team and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead a development team of three staff members.
• Set departmental goals and performance expectations.
• Oversee donor management, analytics, and budgeting.
