Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred; additional years will be considered in lieu of degree.
• 8+ years of network contract or practice management administrative experience.
• 4+ years of management experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry pertaining to facilities, physicians and ancillary providers.
• Proficient in analytical tools including Excel; knowledge of SAS, SQL Developer, and Python preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiation and reimbursement development for facility providers.
• Coordinate cross-functional contracting strategy with CFO and executive team.
• Manage and train staff on reimbursement methodologies, analytics, and contracting.
• Identify reimbursement trends and align with strategic objectives and provider programs.
• Oversee rate amendments, addendums and contract implementations for providers.
