Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Access, Excel and other analytics tools.
• Healthcare analytics/health informatics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify business questions and design analyses to answer them.
• Develop analytical tools to support reimbursement and pricing decisions.
• Analyze provider networks, cost and utilization trends and drivers.
• Advise management on reimbursement changes and regulatory impacts.
• Lead or participate in analytics initiatives related to alternative reimbursement models.
• Document procedures and ensure data quality through validation methods.
• Collaborate with other departments and present findings to upper management.
