Job summary

Independent Health Association is seeking a Senior Network Contract Specialist to develop and maintain hospital, physician, facility, laboratory, dialysis, and ancillary contracts. You will coordinate with credentialing and legal departments to ensure network participation and compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role involves negotiations, provider outreach, and collaboration across departments. The position is hybrid with on-site requirements at our Williamsville location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three (3) years of experience in legal and/or contracting field required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to support initiatives.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interact with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop provider contract agreements and ensure proper language and fee schedules.
• Monitor provider files and ensure contracts are current and compliant.
• Identify information needed to support contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with Credentialing, Legal and other teams for implementations or initiatives.
• Represent the department on compliance and regulatory initiatives.
