Job summary

Independent Health in Williamsville, NY, is hiring a Director-Network Contract Management for a hybrid role. You will partner with the CFO to coordinate contracting strategy across facilities and networks, including health care services, finance, system configuration and product development.

You will lead negotiations, reimbursement development, analytics and contract administration for all facility provider contracts, and mentor staff while aligning methods with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 8 years of network contract or practice management experience.
• 4 years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare facility contracts and reimbursement methodologies.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with SAS, SQL Developer and Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic compensation and contracting strategy for facility providers.
• Lead contract negotiations under CFO guidance.
• Provide contract management for all facility provider contracts.
• Develop reimbursement methodologies and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage reimbursement, analytics, and operational issues with providers.
• Identify trends in government and private payer reimbursement.
• Lead integration of new reimbursement methods within system configurations.
