Job summary

Elevance Health in New York is seeking a Clinical Programs Director to manage National Accounts’ end-to-end, whole-person solutions across oncology, cardiovascular disease, and other conditions, including prevention, screening and navigation, and to build relations with Centers of Excellence.

This role also provides consultative support to the largest accounts on care programs, including care management, disease management and wellness.

Qualifications

• BS in nursing or related clinical area and minimum of 6 years related experience including program development, marketing, and clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Supports sales process by presenting programs and advising on changes based on data.
• Designs condition-specific strategies and integrated care solutions with stakeholders.
• Engages providers to strengthen COE network for condition-specific solutions.
• Builds relationships with regional care management groups to improve interfaces.
• Serves as SME and trainer on care management issues.
