Qualifications

• 3+ years in e-commerce operations or digital shelf management.
• Experience listing optimizations and promotions via retailer portals.
• Hands-on catalog management with content and attributes.
• Experience using retailer shelftools and syndication platforms.
• Proficient with Excel for auditing large catalog files.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own digital shelf execution for HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, and Walmart.com catalogs; drive traffic, discovery, and conversion metrics.
• Deploy keyword strategies and optimize on-site search and category placement.
• Audit content completeness and asset quality; deploy rich media content and updates.
• Execute listing health protocols and resolve portal tickets, content issues, and discrepancies between online and in-store availability.
• Deploy promotional and review tactics; track sentiment and ensure accurate pricing and displays.
• Manage traffic alignment by reviewing organic vs paid search; support retail media campaigns.
• Track competitive digital shelf metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
