Job summary

Bosch Power Tools North America is seeking a highly organized Channel Manager - OMNI to support key retail partners and execute omni-channel strategies across Lowe’s, Home Depot, Menards, Walmart and Costco.

Reporting to the Channel Management Lead- OMNI, you will collaborate with sales, marketing, product, finance and supply chain to translate strategies into field execution while spending at least 3 days/week on-site in Mount Prospect, IL. Prior omni-channel experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail sales support, channel management, sales, product development or commercial marketing
• Experience supporting field sales or account management teams with planning, promotional coordination, or launch execution
• Experience working with omni-channel retail partners and retail partners’ storefronts

Responsibilities

• Partner with key account managers to support go-to-market initiatives and drive revenue and profitability targets
• Assist with development and execution of promotional programs, product launches, pricing changes, and merchandising updates
• Develop line review strategies and presentations with Key Account Managers on the sales team
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product management to deliver timely execution materials
• Coordinate with the eCommerce team to ensure consistency across physical and digital shelves
• Track and analyze retail performance metrics including POS data and ROI to inform planning
• Engage with retail-facing teams and retailers on strategic initiatives and planning cycles
• Prepare business reviews and retailer-specific presentations
