Job summary

Marks, part of the Propelis Group, is seeking a Senior Producer for our Content Studio in North America. The role focuses on owning end-to-end production and post-production processes, coordinating CGI, motion, retouching, photography, and post-production work with Creatives, CGI Artists, Photographers, Retouchers, and Filmmakers.

Qualifications

• Experience in CGI-led studio environments, ideally in a brand or packaging-focused agency.
• Experience with pre/post-production and shooting of video content is advantageous.
• Experience collaborating directly with clients.
• Ability to draft and review SOWs and identify project risks.
• Ability to draft indicative budgets ahead of concept approval.

Responsibilities

• Act as a seamless extension of the Content Solutions team across disciplines and geographies.
• Translate conceptual creative vision into executable production plans for CGI, motion, retouching, photography and post-production.
• Own end-to-end production delivery from pre-production to final asset delivery.
• Lead production estimating, budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking with finance and client services.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks and delivery expectations with stakeholders.
• Oversee day-to-day production in a CGI-led studio environment.
• Communicate with clients and client services about production and project delivery.
• Identify resource requirements and collaborate with Resource Managers and global Producers.
• Forecast and onboard freelance resources as needed.
• Negotiate costs with external providers to align with budgets.
• Maintain project documentation (estimates, PO’s, NDA’s, MSA’s).
• Manage relationships with third-party suppliers.
