Eliassen Group is seeking a technology-focused Digital Product Owner in Pittsburgh, PA for a contract-to-hire role. The position focuses on translating business needs into technical deliverables, writing detailed user stories, and partnering with engineering to modernize loan and debt platforms.

You will work hybrid, 4 days onsite, with responsibilities spanning requirements gathering, detailed documentation, backlog management, and QA.

Qualifications

5-10+ years of professional experience with advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
Translate complex business processes into technical requirements and user stories.
Experience writing acceptance criteria and owning UAT.

Responsabilités

Gather and define business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
Prioritize work in Jira/Confluence and manage the backlog.
Partner with engineering to deliver technology solutions and modernization initiatives.
Perform hands-on testing and coordinate broader testing efforts.
Lead elicitation and mapping of enterprise requirements to actionable specs.
Define long-term product roadmaps aligned with KPIs, integrating AI/automation where beneficial.
Author high-quality training materials and user manuals.
