Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc. (APC) is seeking a Senior IT Product Owner to define vision, strategy, and backlog priorities for Life’s digital solutions in a hybrid Pittsburgh setting.

The role represents end users across planning, development, testing, implementation, and release. You will translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborating with engineering, UX, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital solutions such as

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
Experience as Product Owner in Agile environments.
Experience backlog prioritization and feature development.
Ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for assigned digital solutions.
Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and user stories.
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and pain points.
Develop roadmaps aligned with technology strategy and business goals.
Identify opportunities for automation and system integration.
Communicate priorities, risks, and expected outcomes to stakeholders.
Represent end users throughout the Agile lifecycle and manage the backlog.
