Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks a Product Owner for a 6‑month contract in Austin, TX or Richfield, OH.

The role is hybrid onsite (4 days) and focuses on the Asset Transfer Platform, aligning business needs with IT delivery and driving the modernisation of core banking functions. Responsibilities include translating requirements into epics and stories, prioritising work with stakeholders, and guiding cross-functional teams in an Agile environment while ensuring timely delivery and quality

Qualifications

Breadth of strategic product decisions and governance.
Experience writing business requirements and user stories.
Ability to balance resources and manage risk.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary liaison between business and IT to document requirements and translate solutions.
Elicit requirements from users, developers, architects, and vendors; capture context and impact.
Create process models, epics, stories, and use cases for modernization projects.
Understand dependencies across systems and business areas.
Plan and scope inter-related initiatives for leadership decision-making.
Document and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate issue resolution and retrospectives among stakeholders.
Develop deep knowledge of platform systems and design future-state flows.
Handle complex, cross-domain projects with multiple stakeholders.
Adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks.
Support implementation of new or enhanced features and biweekly production activities.
