Job summary

Orveon is seeking a collaborative Digital Planner in Columbus to support our Amazon and DTC business for bareMinerals, Laura Mercier, and Buxom in North America. You will forecast demand, plan inventory, and optimize stock across Amazon and our branded websites and third-party marketplaces.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Amazon Seller Central, and a hands-on approach to balancing supply with demand in a fast-paced beauty ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital planning, forecasting, or related field.
• Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central in North America.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting and order creation across brands for Amazon and our websites.
• Manage stock flow from ordering to coordination with operations to ensure availability.
• Oversee inventory planning at SKU level to reduce out-of-stocks and meet demand.
• Balance inventory across DTC and TikTok Shop and minimize lost sales when supply is constrained.
• Monitor sales trends and align forecasts with marketing calendars and promotions.
• Plan inventory for peak moments (Prime Day, holidays) to ensure coverage.
• Track KPIs such as sell-through, in-stock rates, forecast accuracy, and days of supply.
