Orveon Group in New York, NY seeks an Amazon e‑commerce coordinator to manage daily Seller Central and Vendor Central activities for BareMinerals and Buxom in the US, Canada, and Mexico. You will drive catalog updates, launches, and promotional execution while coordinating with agencies and internal teams.

The role supports growth of the Amazon business with a focus on optimization, content QA, and performance insights. A hybrid work model and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with a brand on Amazon Seller Central and FBA
• Passion for beauty and ecommerce
• Excellent interpersonal skills in cross-functional settings
• Proficient in Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Organized, self-starter with teamwork
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Attention to detail and QA on content/assets
• Ability to analyze marketplace data for forecasting and communication
• Ability to prioritize in a dynamic, growth-focused account

Responsibilities

• Execute daily Amazon operations across Seller Central and Vendor Central for US, Canada, and Mexico
• Manage product uploads, inventory, and performance metrics
• Coordinate with Amazon and agencies; monitor promos and launches
• Maintain Product Detail Pages, images, copy, and assets; ensure quality
• Track reviews, questions, and customer feedback for improvements
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies across regions
• Monitor pricing, assortment, and marketplace trends
• Lead asset development and launch execution timelines
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support marketing plans and sampling
