Job summary

Orveon Global is seeking an Amazon e-Commerce Coordinator to support retailer.com within the Orveon Revenue organization. You will manage day-to-day Amazon product and marketing initiatives, partner with the Director of Retailer.com, and coordinate cross-functional execution across the US, Canada, and Mexico.

You’ll own catalog maintenance, PDP optimization, promotions, asset management, and compliance with Amazon policies, while driving launches and enhancements for BareMinerals and Buxom in a

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with a brand on Amazon via Seller Central.
• Passion for beauty and ecommerce.
• Bachelor's degree in business, E-commerce, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).
• Organized, self-motivated with teamwork spirit.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central for US/CA/Mexico.
• Support Director relations with Amazon, agencies, and resellers; coordinate product uploads and shipping updates.
• Monitor inventory health and resolve SKU issues with Supply Chain.
• Execute promotions and launches for new products across US/CA/Mexico.
• Own and optimize Product Detail Pages, content, and attributes; QA catalog issues.
• Monitor listings, ratings, reviews, questions; escalate issues.
• Ensure listings comply with Amazon policies; coordinate with Legal and Regulatory.
• Analyze marketplace data to forecast and inform decisions.
