Job summary

Orveon Global is seeking a collaborative Planner to support our Amazon and DTC business across bareMinerals, Laura Mercier, and Buxom in North America. You’ll manage forecasting, inventory planning, stock management, and performance tracking to ensure product availability and optimization on Amazon and our websites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in planning, forecasting, or related field.
• Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central in North America.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Experience with Shopify or TikTok Shop Seller Center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting and order creation across three brands on Amazon and DTC.
• Manage stock flow from ordering to availability at Amazon FCs and warehouses.
• Oversee SKU-level inventory planning and reduce out-of-stocks.
• Balance inventory across DTC and TikTok Shop, minimizing lost sales.
• Monitor sales trends and align forecasts with marketing calendars.
• Plan for peak periods like Prime Day and holidays.
• Track KPIs: sell-through, in-stock rates, forecast accuracy, days of supply.
• Collaborate with Finance and Supply to support S&OP.
• Support TikTok Shop fulfillment and live events.
• Forecast new product launches and integrate brand objectives.
