Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a contact center or financial services
• 1+ years experience meeting sales objectives within financial services or retail
• 1+ years experience handling member contacts in a Desert Financial Credit Union Contact Center (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to drive individual sales through consultative conversations
• Knowledge of financial products such as auto loans, home equity loans, mortgage, deposit, and checking (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience managing high volume member interactions while maintaining service quality
• Working knowledge of chat, digital, and phone systems (preferred)
• NMLS - Nationwide Multistate Licensing System required

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales inquiries via digital and phone channels
• Recommend appropriate financial solutions to meet member needs
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives
• Identify and resolve member challenges and trends
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory guidelines
• Utilize credit union tools and CRM systems in daily work
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
