Qualifications

• 1+ years handling member contacts in Desert Financial Credit Union contact center preferred.
• Consultative sales experience aligning member needs with financial solutions.
• Knowledge of auto loans, home equity loans, mortgage, deposit and checking accounts preferred.
• Excellent organizational and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• CRM system experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• NMLS licensing required.
