Waterworks is seeking a digitally savvy, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution, optimization and performance of digital marketing initiatives across website, email, search and emerging digital platforms.

Reporting to the Manager, Digital Growth & Performance, this role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of key digital programs, ensuring accuracy, consistency and continuous improvement across digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
• 3+ years in digital marketing, ecommerce or website operations.
• Experience building and deploying email campaigns using Mailchimp.
• Understanding of SEO basics and website optimization; GEO/AEO is a plus.
• Ability to interpret digital performance data and propose improvements.
• Experience with analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Jira or Monday.com).
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Website Management & Digital Experience: build, update, publish and QA pages in Magento.
• Email Marketing Execution: manage campaigns from build to deployment.
• SEO, GEO & AEO Implementation: apply SEO and related optimization recommendations.
• Digital Analytics & Performance: maintain dashboards and prepare performance summaries.
• Digital Operations & Process Improvement: streamline workflows and coordinate assets.
