Job summary

Asset Management & Association Services (AMAS) is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to advance email marketing, event promotion, and digital communications for multiple REALTOR associations and related programs. This role suits an early-career professional with a strong portfolio and HubSpot experience.

Hybrid work in Sandy Springs, GA, with opportunities to contribute across web, social, and design efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field OR 1–3 years in digital marketing, communications, or content management.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Familiarity with content management systems (HubSpot or similar).
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).
Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects.
Experience with task management software (Wrike, Monday, ClickUp, or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute communications that promote and enhance the visibility of client associations.
Create compelling content for emails, newsletters, websites, social media, and marketing materials.
Serve as a central point of contact for gathering, drafting, and editing content across multiple platforms.
Design and distribute emails, newsletters, and event promotions using HubSpot.
Aggregate content from various sources and create original content as needed.
Manage organic social media posts, surveys, invitations, and other forms of digital outreach.
Provide on-site support at key events, including capturing photos, videos, and live social media updates.
Use design tools to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and engagement (HubSpot).
Assist in creating digital assets such as event graphics, email templates, and promotional materials.
