Avery Partners seeks a Marketing & Digital Strategy Manager to strengthen brand and market presence through digital marketing, SEO, website management, content, social media, and lead generation. The role also supports advisor recruiting and business development for affiliated financial advisors.

The ideal candidate is a creative, results-driven marketer who balances strategy with hands-on execution in a regulated financial-services environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and content development.
• Experience with website management and lead generation.
• Familiarity with email marketing and social media.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation (preferred).

Marketing & Digital Strategy Manager needed for strengthening a firm's brand and market presence through digital marketing, SEO, website management, content, social media, lead generation, marketing automation, communications, and events. The position will also support advisor recruiting, business development, and marketing initiatives for affiliated financial advisors.

The ideal candidate is a creative, results-driven marketer who can balance strategy with hands-on execution in a regulated financial-services environment. They are a well-rounded marketer with strong digital expertise who enjoys both developing ideas and bringing them to life. This individual will take ownership of marketing initiatives across the firm and continually look for opportunities to increase brand awareness, digital visibility, lead generation, advisor recruiting effectiveness, and overall market presence.

Position is 5 days in the office, M-F

$115k - $130k DOE
