Job summary

WPP Production is seeking a Digital Project Manager to oversee localization of Client’s websites and email communications for the assigned region. You will coordinate translators, designers, developers, and QA to ensure assets are accurately tailored to regional needs.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and QA across Latin American and Canadian markets, signing off on final delivery to clients and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in web project management.
• Digital agency experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical business groups across the company.
• Seasoned digital professional with thorough understanding of back-end web coding & infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop preferred.
• Experience and proficiency on Mac and PC platforms preferred.
• Results-oriented with ability to multi-task within a cross-functional team.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Must be able to travel as required (often several weeks).
• Mandatory seasonal participation in client workshops.

Responsibilities

• Execute localization strategies for websites and email communications targeted at Latin American and Canada audiences.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
• Plan and allocate agency resources with leads to ensure timely delivery of localized assets.
• Ensure collaboration, communication, and coordination among team members to meet localization goals.
• Oversee localization of assets, including translation, cultural adaptation, and UX optimization.
• Sign off on execution of all projects before sharing with the Client.
• Conduct quality assurance checks for accuracy and consistency of localized assets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners in the localization process.
• Communicate effectively to address client needs and provide updates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and localization best practices.
• Prioritize tasks and adapt to changes under tight deadlines.
