Job summary

WPP Production is seeking a Digital Project Manager to oversee localization of client websites and emails for regional audiences. You’ll coordinate a multi-disciplinary team including translators, designers, developers, and QA specialists to deliver tailored digital assets.

Responsibilities include defining requirements with clients, planning resources, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality. Travel and seasonal client workshops are expected as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in web project management.
• Digital agency experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical groups across the company.
• Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS; understanding of back-end web coding & infrastructure.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop preferred.
• Experience on both Mac and PC platforms preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required, sometimes several weeks at a time.
• Mandatory seasonal participation in workshops at client’s office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee localization of client websites and emails for assigned region.
• Lead cross-functional teams including translators, linguists, designers, developers, and QA specialists.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to define requirements, objectives, and timelines.
• Plan and allocate agency resources with leads to ensure timely delivery of localized assets.
• Ensure collaboration and communication across team members to meet localization goals.
• Sign off on project execution before delivery to the client and conduct QA checks.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and external partners.
