The American Academy of Dermatology is seeking a Coordinator, Digital Learning in Rosemont, IL to coordinate learning projects and review content with subject matter experts and editors. This role supports the Education department, maintains databases, and collaborates with multiple teams across the Academy.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of project coordination experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and editorial/project

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ experience coordinating multiple projects and providing support to members or customers.
• Ability to apply effective verbal, non-verbal, and written communication methods to achieve desired results.
• Identify and define problems; examine relevant information and choose correct course of action based on standard operating procedures.
• Possess organizational skills and the ability to prioritize assignments and coordinate projects including monitoring the progress of tasks and projects and providing follow up to supervisor.
• Ability to work effectively with varied people to facilitate the completion of the work.
• Accurate and detail-oriented; proficient with office equipment.
• High degree of computer literacy and strong data entry and MS Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the content development process for education activities and other learning resources with editors, SMEs/authors, vendors, and reviewers.
• Manage grant application system for education awards, timelines, and judging processes.
• Coordinate award processes including nominations, ballots, plaques, and related communications.
• Proofread educational content to ensure adherence to templates and style.
• Assist in ensuring activities comply with ACCME and CCP credit requirements and related policies.
