Job summary

The American Academy of Dermatology in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Coordinator, Digital Learning to coordinate content development for education activities and other learning resources. You will work with editors, subject matter experts, authors, and reviewers, and provide administrative support to committees within a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities include managing grant applications and education awards, proofreading content to templates, and ensuring compliance with ACCME and AMA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ experience coordinating multiple projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with varied people and departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate content development process for education activities and learning resources with editors, SMEs/authors, and reviewers.
• Manage grant applications for awards, timelines, and judging processes.
• Coordinate nomination and award processes, ballots, and packaging.
• Proofread educational content for templates, format, and style.
• Ensure activities comply with ACCME, CCP, AMA policies and internal procedures.
