Job summary

The University of Southern California is seeking three Digital Gift Officers to advance its Annual Giving program. You will build relationships with USC alumni and donors through email, calls, texts, social media, and video conferencing to inspire renewed and increased support.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three years of professional fundraising experience.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 1,000 alumni, donors, and prospects.
• Lead multichannel outreach (email, phone, text, social, video) to engage donors.
• Develop monthly and quarterly outreach plans to drive giving.
• Identify major and planned gifts and refer qualified leads.
• Solicit leadership annual gifts and encourage renewals or increases.
• Collaborate with colleagues to connect donors with events and involvement.
• Maintain donor records in Salesforce with timely updates.
