University of Southern California Foundation seeks a Philanthropy Officer for Leadership Annual Giving to manage a portfolio of leadership donors capable of $1,000 to $25,000 in gifts. You will build authentic donor relationships, design cultivation plans, and secure annual and multi-year commitments for USC Foundation’s priorities.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years fundraising experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or educational setting.
• Experience managing a Grateful Patient Program or similar healthcare philanthropy initiative is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Fundraising & Portfolio Management: Develop and actively manage a portfolio of leadership donors and prospects.
• Create and implement personalized engagement plans for individual donors to build long-term relationships.
• Utilize the donor database for portfolio management and track all activities and communications.
• Oversee stewardship of all assigned donors and connect supporters to the impact of giving.
• Collaborate with the Foundation, hospital executives, physicians, and board members to engage leadership donors.
