The American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials is seeking a Digital Content Manager for our Washington, DC office in a hybrid role. You will lead the development and management of the organization's web presence, ensuring content is engaging, accurate, and brand-aligned to support member needs.

You will coordinate content planning, information architecture, and cross-department collaboration while monitoring performance analytics to inform SEO improvements and user

Qualifications

• Seven years of web-content experience on a communications or marketing team.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, web design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with modern web technologies and social media platforms.
• Proficient in WordPress and plugins; SharePoint; image editing tools; analytics.
• Marketing automation experience and web accessibility knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage AASHTO's web presence and content strategy.
• Coordinate content planning and information architecture across departments.
• Track and analyze site performance to drive improvements and SEO.
• Support web projects from planning through launch and coordinate cross-functional work.
• Maintain intranet and develop an association-wide calendar of events.
