Job summary

CSBA seeks an experienced DevOps Software Engineer to join our technology team. You will implement DevOps best practices and contribute to software delivery for CSBA and its members.

The ideal candidate will have automation, IaC, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud experience (AWS/Azure), with strong communication to stakeholders. Hybrid work includes in-office West Sacramento and remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3–4 years of professional DevOps and software development experience.
• Strong experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Implement tools and practices to automate building, testing and deployment processes.
• Develop and maintain automated monitoring and alerting systems for health of apps and infra.
• Troubleshoot performance, deployment and infrastructure issues.
• Enforce security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage and provision infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable releases.
• Collaborate with developers to support planning, integration and delivery.
• Lead security implementation and compliance for deployed applications.
