Job summary

The Helix School is seeking a Development Operations Associate to manage donor data, gift processing, and digital fundraising infrastructure. You will maintain clean constituent records across Bloomerang, QGIV, and Mailchimp, ensuring timely acknowledgments and accurate reporting.

This role also supports school events and communications, with two on-site days per week in San Rafael and a 0.80 FTE 32-hour workweek.

Qualifications

Associate degree from an accredited college or university.
1–3 years of experience in nonprofit development or database operations.
Evenings and weekends availability for events.
High data-entry accuracy and strict attention to detail.
Discretion with confidential donor information.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Excellent English written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

Serve as administrator for Bloomerang CRM, QGIV, and Mailchimp; maintain accurate donor records and data integrity.
Process gifts and generate timely acknowledgments; track grants and deadlines.
Build and manage digital fundraising efforts, including email journeys and event communications.
Support events operationally and through list management, invitations, and registrations.
Collaborate with Development Manager and other teams to ensure coordinated fundraising activities.
