Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading.
• Experience with calendar management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience coordinating projects and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to analyze information for the purpose of preparing reports, coordinating efforts, and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Support Director of Development and Development team with data management and activity tracking.
• Schedule meetings and draft correspondences/materials.
• Assist with planning/logistics of travel, events and retreats.
• Provide program information to internal/external stakeholders; work with vendors and pay invoices.
• Maintain fundraising data in Blackbaud CRM and generate reports.
