Job summary

Impresiv Health is seeking a Developer II – Medicaid Core Applications to build, maintain, and support technology solutions used in critical healthcare operations. The role develops reliable programs, databases, interfaces, and reporting solutions based on business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities include SDLC participation, data mapping, unit testing, and collaboration with IT, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure secure, compliant, and high-quality solutions in a hybrid Phoenix, AZ

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3+ years in IT or related field.
• At least 1 year of programming, query design, and database development.
• Experience with T-SQL, SSIS, and SSRS in healthcare or Medicaid contexts is preferred.
• Experience with .NET Framework and EDI processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with QNXT and source-control like Git is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain systems, databases, interfaces, and reports.
• Participate in all SDLC phases from requirements to production support.
• Create program logic, data mappings, and technical documentation.
• Develop unit tests and troubleshoot issues across systems.
• Map data between internal and external systems and manage data flows.
• Follow source-control practices and code-management procedures.
• Collaborate with IT, stakeholders, vendors, and partners to deliver solutions.
• Support planning, training materials, and transformation of processes.
