Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in computer science or related IT field.
• At least 1 year in programming, query design and database development.
• Experience with T-SQL, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Experience developing or supporting applications using the .NET Framework.
• Experience with EDI processes and integrations.
• Git or similar source-control experience.
• Knowledge of SDLC, testing practices, and documentation.
• Healthcare or Medicaid data familiarity preferred; QNXT preferred.
• Agile/Scrum experience and AI tools familiarity are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop systems, databases, programs, and interfaces.
• Participate in all SDLC phases from requirements to support.
• Create program logic, data mappings, and technical docs.
• Develop and execute unit tests to meet requirements.
• Troubleshoot data-processing issues and map data between systems.
• Follow source-control and code-management procedures.
• Develop ad hoc reports and respond to data requests.
• Participate in code/system reviews for quality and security standards.
• Assist with project estimates, schedules, presentations, and production support.
• Support planning, training materials, workflows, and new procedures.
• During Scrum, help with sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog mgmt, and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, stakeholders, vendors to deliver dependable solutions.
