• Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of programming/analysis experience or equivalent.
• No degree required if you have 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with production systems, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supports production systems; resolves problems and service requests.
• Develops new applications and modifies existing ones per designs.
• Collaborates with teams to design and develop systems/data integration.
• Implements changes following development standards and best practices.
• Prepares technical documentation: specs, use cases, test cases, system docs.
• Engages with analysts to understand requirements and document functionality.
• Performs other duties related to the position.
