Job summary

Our client in Andover, MA is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist & Systems Administrator for a direct hire, hybrid role.

You will own day-to-day IT support, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, and infrastructure operations across six locations, collaborating with a Senior Systems Administrator. The role offers hands-on growth into NetSuite administration and broader technology ownership over time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Help Desk, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, or a related IT role.
• Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments and Windows-based systems, including user provisioning, identity and access management, and endpoint administration.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, patch management, endpoint protection, networking fundamentals (switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless), and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier II help desk support for hardware, software, networking, Microsoft 365, and end-user technology issues across six locations.
• Administer Microsoft 365 — including user accounts, licensing, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online — and manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.
