Tech Impact, a nonprofit focused on using technology to empower communities, seeks a Desktop Support Engineer in Philadelphia. The role combines remote client support with in‑office work two days per week, ensuring smooth technology deployments and ongoing user assistance.

• Repair/replace basic hardware components and update drivers/BIOs.
• Provide end-user support via phone and email; escalate as needed.
