Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Design Engineer to lead the mechanical design and development of custom, engineered-to-order generator systems. You will serve as the technical lead for customer-specific solutions, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective products that meet performance and manufacturability targets.

In this hybrid role (3 days in the office) at the Mosel facility in Wisconsin, you will collaborate with global teams across multiple disciplines to translate needs into manufacturable designs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical design.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using Creo for 3D CAD modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and CAD development of generator sets and enclosures.
• Own and manage engineering projects from requirements to production support.
• Develop detailed parametric models, assemblies, and drawings in Creo.
• Provide technical leadership to CAD designers and global teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Application Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing and Purchasing.
• Translate customer requirements into engineered solutions meeting cost and delivery targets.
