The successful candidate will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; additional experience considered in lieu of education.
• Must be able to pass a federal background investigation to secure DOE Q security clearance if required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages programs from proposal through execution and closeout.
• Maintains relationships with stakeholders and internal/external partners.
• Participates in strategic and tactical planning and prioritization.
• Develops proposals aligned with work requirements to enable delivery.
• Manages resources to foster a high-performing team and ensure on-time, on-budget performance.
