Job summary

American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) seeks a Deputy Director, Support Transition in New York, NY. This hybrid, full-time role leads the transition to a future-state support model across user support, knowledge management, training, and BI.

Reports to the Director of Development Data & Systems and partners with multiple teams to ensure stability and excellence while aligning with the Launch Plan. The role demands strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and a track record in complex

Qualifications

Experience managing a BBCRM support team in a federated non-profit organization of similar complexity to the ACLU.
Strong understanding of fundraising systems support needs.
Demonstrated experience leading organizational change, enterprise system implementations, or other cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead a transition plan for the SKT and BIA teams, including migration and stabilization activities.
Collaborate with Development leadership and cross-functional partners to refine SLAs and transition roadmaps.
Coach leaders, monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure operational continuity during the transition.
