Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking an APS Central Operations Planner to balance demand with manufacturing and supply capacity. You will build the optimal operating plan across Integrated Business Planning, directing production and fulfillment to meet customer demands at lowest cost while protecting margins.

This hybrid role requires three days in the office and offers opportunities to collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and material planning teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 6–10 years of relevant experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis, cleansing, reporting, and visualization.
• Experience with SAP, IBP, Power BI, and Analysis for Office is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead short- and mid-term demand and supply planning for assigned areas.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Manage inventory across the supply network to optimize costs and service.
• Identify risks, address constraints, and implement contingency plans.
• Communicate plans and priorities to stakeholders across functions.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements in asset utilization.
