The Arc Prince George’s County is seeking a Delegating RN to provide nursing support across Employment Services and Day programs. The role includes case management, staff teaching, and IP team participation in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications include Maryland RN licensure, 2 years of clinical nursing experience (preferably with developmental disabilities), and supervisory experience with unlicensed staff. Excellent communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in Maryland.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience; developmental disabilities preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience of unlicensed personnel preferred.
• Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial nursing assessments and develop care plans for participants.
• Provide teaching and supervision to staff involved in delegated nursing tasks.
• Maintain timely documentation of nursing assessments, visits, and interventions.
• Collaborate with IP teams and PCP meetings to address health care needs.
