Qualifications

• Active Indiana bar admission is required.
• 2+ years of defense litigation experience including general liability and related matters.
• Ability to manage a rigorous caseload independently and draft complex pleadings.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in defense litigation matters across various case types.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal opinions with high-quality work product.
• Manage multiple matters efficiently while maintaining strong client service.
