Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage a rigorous caseload independently.
• Experience drafting complex motions, opinions, and pleadings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse and challenging defense caseload with supervision as needed.
• Draft complex motions, pleadings, and related court filings.
• Conduct legal research and advise clients with sound judgment.
