Hawkins Parnell & Young LLP in Los Angeles seeks an associate to defend complex, high-exposure litigation. You will take and defend depositions, draft and argue motions, and help shape case strategy with partners across national teams.

Ideal candidates have 0–6 years of litigation experience, a client-focused approach, and strong writing and analytical skills. The firm offers a hybrid work model and a path to trial experience in major disputes.

Responsabilidades

• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare and argue motions in state and federal court
• Develop case strategy with partners, including discovery planning and witness prep
• Work with nationally recognized trial lawyers to prepare for trial
• Handle research and briefing in complex litigation
