Qualifications

• Active California Bar license required; post-bar candidates awaiting results encouraged to apply.
• 0–6 years of experience in defense litigation or related practice.
• Excellent writing and research skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Defense litigation.
• Trial preparation including strategy discussion, discovery, records review, client interview and witness preparation.
• Research into complex litigation areas.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare and argue motions.
