Job summary

Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a Remote Dealer Services Specialist II for the Miami South area. The role covers Miami, Coral Gables, Kendall, Doral, and nearby communities, with hybrid work and 25% travel.

Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred. You will build strong client relationships, coordinate across sales and dealer services, and use data to advise on pricing, marketplace policies, and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years in related field or 5 years in related field.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Ability to build strong business relationships.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients and provide tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with sales, dealer services, and related teams for a unified approach.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal units, ensuring follow-through.
• Use industry and market data to provide strategic guidance.
• Coach clients on tools and marketplace policies for optimal use.
