Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Dealer Services Specialist II to manage key client relationships in the Miami area. This role requires on-site presence at an auction location a minimum of twice per month and regular visits to dealerships in the territory, including Miami, Coral Gables, Kendall, and Doral.

You will coordinate with multiple business units to deliver tailored solutions, educate clients on policies, and drive successful transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' related experience, or 5 years' related experience.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships through proactive engagement, personalized communication, and tailored solutions.
• Partner with sales, mobile inspections, dealer services, and trade desk teams for a unified client approach.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution from start to finish.
• Utilize a consultative approach, discuss dealer sales performance, and leverage market insights to improve tactics.
• Provide coaching to clients on using tools and marketplace policies to maximize success.
• Demonstrates prioritization and professionalism in client relations and issue resolution.
