Hebrew SeniorLife, Inc. seeks a Data Warehouse Architect and Technology Innovation Engineer to design, develop, and optimize data warehouses, supporting BI applications.

You will ensure data accuracy, security, and governance while collaborating with IT, operations, and analytics teams to deploy innovative technologies and robust data solutions across the organization. You will lead data modeling efforts, oversee ETL/ELT pipelines, and champion best practices in data management and analytics.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare informatics, public health or related field; 10 years' equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of data warehouse design and development experience.
• Experience with electronic health records and healthcare applications.
• Advanced SQL and BI tool query, reporting capabilities.
• Scripting in PowerShell and Python for automation and data pipelines.
• Hands-on Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, notebooks, and Unity Catalog) experience.
• Linux knowledge; migrating Linux-based systems.
• Experience with HIPAA security and information protection.

Responsabilidades

• Identify data requirements by interviewing customers; analyze applications and operations; evaluate systems.
• Identify data sources to populate the data warehouse.
• Define DB structure, security, backup and recovery specifications.
• Install revised systems; coordinate access techniques and installation needs.
• Maintain database performance; apply releases; evaluate OS and hardware.
