Gen II Fund Services is seeking a Manager to lead a team of analysts focused on transforming data, reconciling variances, and testing new technology platforms tied to transformed data elements. You will coach junior staff and collaborate with IT and Client Service to meet conversion requirements.

The role emphasizes strong accounting knowledge in private equity funds, attention to detail, and the ability to manage timelines while driving efficiency through documentation and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
• 5+ years of Private Equity Fund/Investment Company Accounting & Reporting experience.
• Able to manage and train junior staff to build a functional team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data issues resolution.
• Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of private equity fund accounting standards.
• Hands-on experience accounting/audit of private equity funds.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts transforming data and reconciling variances.
• Test implementation of new technology platforms based on transformed data.
• Oversee conversion analysts and train them on private equity fund accounting.
• Collaborate with IT and Client Service to gather conversion requirements.
• Document conversion processes, mapping tables, and user guides.
